There are 50000 acres of forest to explore with 30 miles of bike and walking trails through one of the country’s largest lowland pine forests. There’s also Go Ape.
The famous Go Ape Tree Top Adventure extends for 739 metres, including a 140-metre zip wire.
However, at Thetford, even smaller adventurer’s can get in on the action with the TreeTop Adventure course. These are for around ages 6 to 12 years old, but anyone over 1 metre can do it if you think they’re brave enough.
If heights aren’t your thing, you could always have a go at the Forest Segways and scoot along the forest floor. Weight restrictions apply on the Segways as you need to be heavy enough, but not too heavy, for the Segways to balance.
