PROS:
  • The Craghoppers Lena is a fantastic jacket to throw on and keep the wind and cold out. It looks good too.
CONS:
  • Only a minor point, but did spot some stitching coming undone on the velcro around the cuff. However, this hasn't been a problem and the jacket itself performs great.

We were so impressed when we reviewed the kid's Craghoppers Compresslite Jacket that we went and bought the Long Compresslite Jacket too.

Ideal to keep in your bag when taking the kids and not sure what the weather is doing but also a great lightweight jacket in its own right.

PROS:
  • The long Compresslite Jacket is something you can keep in your bag and pull out to get the wind and the rain off - and not look like a plastic mac either.
CONS:
  • You might feel the RRP is high for a packable coat. However, you can often pick up a good deal if you shop around making this actually a fantastic buy for the price.

There are plenty of pac-a-mac type solutions out there. The Compresslite Jacket goes further, and insulates as well as keep waterproof. Kids sizes too.

The Craghoppers Compresslite jacket has been well tried and tested through rain, wind, and even hail. When the kids don't need a coat, it's a lot lighter carrying these in your bag for when the weather turns nasty.

PROS:
  • The Craghoppers Compresslite is a great packable coat solution for both adults and kids.
CONS:
  • Struggling to find any bad points. It's even at a really great price for what it is. We liked the kid's Compresslite so much, we bought an adult one too ;-)

PROS:
  • A proper softshell jacket that's designed for kids sizes.
  • Plus it's got that added BG motivation for getting out and about.
CONS:
  • Have not been able to fault it. Does exactly what you'd want from a soft-shell jacket.
