PROS:
  • Lots of features for a great price.
  • I really like the two porches. They are great for wet boots.
  • Additional storage with mesh shelf and hanging line.
  • Geodesic design for good stability.
CONS:
  • It is a three-person tent, but we recommend this is better for two adults, or a parent taking a copy of kids on an adventure camp.

Helvellyn 300

The Vango Helvellyn 300 is a 3-person backpacking tent.

£140.13
We've based our review on our experience with the Vango Mirage 300 but adjusted for the specifications of the Helvellyn 300, which is slightly smaller and has a lower hydrostatic head. Despite a lower HH, this is a great tent for the money.
