After getting a Dutch Oven, we found that we could feed our family a wide range of meals when camping. Long gone were the days of burnt burgers over a BBQ.

And most of the time, it meant we could huddle around the campfire while cooking. Though a campfire is not necessary, and it is actually easier cooking food in a Dutch Oven when using charcoal briquettes.
