Northumberland – The Riding Wood Walk from Bellingham

This walk is directly from the Bellingham Campsite and through the Bellingham village. It takes you over fields to a woodland with an ancient Romano-British settlement.
You then return via a path next to the river and back to the Bellingham village.

Note that in the latter parts of the walk there is some walking alongside a road that doesn’t have much of a grass verge.

Get the detailed route description from the Camping and Caravanning Club’s campsite reception in Bellingham.
