Our Review
Every campsite has recycling. However, not every tent has separate recycling bins.
A campsite recycling area. This was at Foxholes Castle Camping in Shropshire.
I don't know about you, but separating the recycling (clean stuff, too) from a rubbish bag is not a lovely camping experience.
Outwell has tried to solve the problem with the new Outwell Collaps RecycleIt Basket.
It's Collaps
If you are familiar with Outwell camping accessories, you'll know the excellent Outwell Collaps range.
The Outwell RecycleIt Basket is very similar to the collapsible Outwell Wash Base.
So it folds flat for easy storage and transport.
Like all items in the Outwell Collaps accessories, the Outwell Collaps RecycleIt Basket folds flat for easy storage and transport.
Unfolded
Once it is unfolded, you can see how deep the basket is.
You can use it as a regular basket, as it's deep and comes with a carry-handle.
The difference with the Outwell RecycleIt Basket is the top section that enables you to clip in two rubbish bags.
Using the Basket
Two bin bags can clip into the basket.
We found it worked perfectly.
You can carry it to the recycle bins and empty the bags' contents. You don't need to throw out the bags, further reducing waste 👍.
