This is a recommended item for family camping. Yes, you can easily carry your camping kitchenware in something different (we used a big plastic storage box before) but we've found this so much better. It gets the Thumbs Up Award from us.

The good
- A very practical way to store and transport your camping kitchenware. Just lift from your car straight into your tent.
- Many different storage pockets. We found the mesh pockets on the front are ideal for tea towels.
- Three different zones inside. You can easily remove a divider if you need a bigger storage compartment.
- Folds flat for when you don't need it.
The not so good
- The handle is not as comfortable to grip as the older Outwell Kitchen Storer, but isn't uncomfortable.

Our Review
Years ago, Outwell made the Outwell Kitchen Storer.
We've been using it ever since and often get questions about where to get one. Fortunately, Outwell now makes a newer version. It's called the Outwell Margate, and Outwell kindly sent us one to review. 😃
The Old Outwell Kitchen Storer
The Outwell Kitchen Storer has been an excellent bit of kit.
It takes plates, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and much more.
Just keep it filled, ready to take camping, lift it straight into your tent and use it.
So how does the new Outwell Margate compare?
Introducing the Outwell Margate
The Outwell Marget comes folded. If you don't keep your camping items in it all year round, folding the Outwell Margate will help you store it away for when you do need it. You couldn't do that with the old Outwell Kitchen Storer.
The Outwell Marget folds flat. Here it is before I opened it.
Like the former Outwell Kitchen Storer, this has pockets for useful items and a large zipped pocket at the back for longer items.
Inside there are three compartments. However, unlike the older model, these compartments are held in place by Velcro, so if you need one large and a smaller compartment, you have that option.
