This tent is small and relatively lightweight (16 kg) for a family tent with plenty of features but in a smaller package.
The Outwell Blackwood 4 is ideal for two parents with a small child or a single parent with two small children.
Despite its smaller size, there is enough space in the living area for some small furniture or bags.
Power can be brought into the tent on both sides, either by a dedicated power entrance or using the side door.
The side door also has a small shelter, creating another way into the tent if it rains.
The darkened bedrooms have a removable divider to create one larger family room. Power can also be taken into one of the bedrooms with a special cable entry point.
