Here are a couple of sleeping bags that come in both adult and child sizes. They are called the Ellipse from Easy Camp.

These sleeping bag are 2-Season, so perfect for summer camping.
They are 'mummy' shapped bags and come complete with a hood.

The junior version of the bag should fit a body length of up to 120cm.
We've used these bags a number of camps already this year and they've been great. Our lad is starting to get a bit big for the smaller bag, but he still likes it and has been wanting to take it camping, saying that it keeps him warm and snug.
This is the much larger adult-size of the Ellipse Lake sleeping bag
The adult-sized sleeping bag is a larger version of the child-sized one, with a body length of 190 cm.
Available in Blue (the Ellipse Lake Blue) and Purple (the Ellipse Majesty Purple)
Verdict
These have been a couple of great sleeping bags and a great option to kit out your family, both large and small.
