Why get an inflatable seat for camping?
Inflatable seats became popular with campers a few years ago. However, it wasn't something we decided to get. Buying other things were a priority and, to be honest, I didn't think they would be that useful or practical.
However, my kids changed my opinion.
When we visited the Camping World Show last year, we got to try out and compare lots of different camping products, including inflatable seats. And, by far the favourite, was the Easy Camp Movie Seat.
Fortunately for us, Easy Camp agreed to send us a sample to review. So here are our thoughts on actually using the inflatable chair.

I was pleasantly surprised at just how practical having an inflatable seat was, especially in our large family holiday tent.
The Easy Camp Double Movie Seat
It's a perfect size to sit down the side of our tent, and it didn't get in the way.
In fact, I would say it saved space, as instead of the kids lying on the floor and getting underfoot, they now sat on the Movie Seat.
Or should I say, sat in the Movie Seat? The bucket-shaped seats are rather comfortable, and stop you sliding about, as you might get on other inflatable seats.
I think it is this unique design that really appealed to the kids.
Using the Double Movie Seat outside
Being lightweight, the kids can easily drag it outside and prefer sitting in it rather than some of our other camping chairs.
Inflating and Transporting
The Movies Seat has two valves.
We used the hand pump that came with our tent, though you could use an electric pump, as long as you don't over inflate.
When deflated, the Easy Camp Movie Seat takes up relatively little space, and so it has been easy to take to and from the campsite.
Conclusion
We like this inflatable seat and think if you have enough space in your tent, it's worth considering getting for your camping set-up.
It gets the Thumbs Up Award from us.
