At the top is a group of trees known as Windmill Hill Clump.
The map shows a footpath that runs from Beachdown Farm on the A385, around the base of the hill. But there may be no right of way to access the hill. So, just take a photo from the footpath with the Windmill Hill Clump in the background to bag this summit.
