Knotlow Farm is located in the Peak District in Derbyshire, midway between Bakewell and Buxton. It is both a warm welcoming family-run caravan & campsite, with both camping pitches and even a Mongolian Yurt Experience.

Hiking enthusiasts can access the Limestone way that passes through the farm. The Tissington Way is also nearby.

Knotlow is a working farm with Dorper sheep and Aberdeen Angus cattle.

If you don't feel like cooking, then make use of Knotlow's Farm's home-made pizza service in the evening.
If you have forgotten any essentials, then there is a small shop on-site.

Mandale farm is a campsite on a working farm situated on the edge of Lathkill Dale in Derbyshire.

Beech Croft Farm is a small, family-run caravan park and camping site located between Buxton and Bakewell in Derbyshire. It is an ideal base for exploring the Peak District National Park.
 
This quiet caravan park is beautifully situated, nestling in a sheltered meadow, with views towards the rolling Derbyshire hills. There are several walks from the park: it is located on the new Pennine Bridleway, with the Monsal Trail and Limestone Way both close by. Local places for day trips include Bakewell, Buxton, Castleton, Chatsworth, and many other charming towns and villages.

A warm & friendly welcome awaits you from John, Julie Gregory & Jodie who run the park alongside their small sheep farm.

The Peak District is well known for its famous rocky peaks and hills, but at Poole's Cavern, you get to see them from a totally different perspective: underground!

Go Ape in Buxton has the TreeTop Challenge high-ropes course that includes a 159-metre zip wire. 
(Note: the TreeTop challenge is not for small children).

Rivendale lies in an elevated position in the heart of the Peak District National Park, Derbyshire. Surrounded by spectacular scenery, within walking distance of Dove Dale, Eaton and Biggin Dales - all accessible directly from site, Rivendale is unsurpassed as a centre for walking and hiking. 
It is also ideal for cyclists with the Tissington Trail just 100 metres from site, linking to the High Peak Trail, Trails Triangle and Limestone Way.
On-site facilities include a luxurious under-floor heated shower and toilet buildings and a restaurant and bar. Campers can go "back to nature" in our 10-acre wildflower meadow or use the sheltered main pitching area. 

We also offer Yurts and Camping Pods, some with wood-burning stoves so our clients can enjoy camping and barbecues regardless of the weather and not have to pack up a wet muddy tent. Note there are only mobile showers and toilets on the meadow. 

Campfires are permitted within firepits in the camping meadow and BBQs are permitted in the main pitching area subject to observing our health and safety rules.

Also of interest is the wildlife including a superb orchid display (late June and early July) Badgers, Foxes, Crested Newts, and a huge variety of birds on-site, making the site popular with Bird-watchers.
Astronomers value the darkness to better see the stars.

The Peak District offers a diverse variety of attractions provide entertainment even if the weather is poor - Alton Towers, Chatsworth, Haddon Hall, Gullivers Kingdom and the other attractions at Matlock, the National Tram Museum, Arkwright's World Heritage site in the Derwent Valley are all about a 20-30 minute drive away. Picturesque local villages within walking distance-such as Tissington and Hartington have great traditions such as Well-dressings, Morris Dancing and fine pubs. Outdoor activities such as coarse/game fishing, pony trekking, sailing, caving, climbing,pot-holing available.
