Having run Doone Valley Holidays from Cloud Farm for seven years, we felt that it was time to spread our wings. So when the opportunity to buy Caffyns Farm on the coast near Lynton came up, we knew it was the perfect place to re-locate and re-name the business Exmoor Coast Holidays. And while Cloud Farm was beautiful, Caffyns is in a league of its own...

With 160 acres (over half of it flat and with a perfect mix of secluded and open fields) set in one of Exmoor's most beautiful coastal locations, with our own stream running through a beautiful wooded combe, and with a range of outbuildings suitable for development, Caffyns gives us the scope to offer the perfect Exmoor camping and holiday destination to all-comers.

Nestled within a valley of Exmoor, is Cloud Farm Camping. 
This is a great site that kids will love – and gets very busy during peak season. 
A stream runs through the site that the kids will love playing in.

If you don't want to camp, self catering cottages are also available.

Within the centre of Exmoor National Park is Westermill Farm, situated in a quiet and peaceful valley.

The campsite is made up of 15 acres, separated into four fields, each following the River Exe (the first field has a fence separating the river if that is a concern).

A seasonal small shop is provided with local milk, eggs, bread, etc.

Westermill Farm also has Scandinavian style Cottages, sleeping from 1-8 persons.

A quiet and sheltered site next to the Horner Water, with Porlock 2.5 miles away.

It has toilets, showers, and water, but is a "back to basics" site. Camping as it should be.

You can also hire bell tents, either furnished or unfurnished.

Poolbridge is open from March to October. Bookings can be taken over the phone or by email.

Camping in its purest form - a small, relaxed family campsite in a quiet tucked away corner of our family farm. 
Ideal for tents and caravans but not campervans, it's a real opportunity to connect with nature, enjoy the peace and tranquillity of our beautiful valley overlooking the sea and explore the farm and farm trail. 
For your comfort, there are washing up facilities, hot shower and WCs in the main farm complex as well as water and a sanitation point on site. You are welcome to join in with the activities on the farm - Farmer Tony feeds the animals every morning and is always in need of willing helpers! Nearby Lee Bay is within walking distance and great for rock pooling, kayaking or simply relaxing. A few minutes drive away are the golden sandy beaches of Woolacombe, Putsborough, Croyde & Saunton offering endless opportunities to swim, surf or sunbath.
If camping isn't your thing or you have friends or relatives that want to join you but they don't want to camp then we have seven 4 star graded holiday cottages and lodges that offer alternative accommodation.
There's a well-equipped games room with table tennis, pool and table football; a great outdoor play area and plenty of room for children to cycle, scoot or skate and the Lower Campscott farm shop is open 6 days a week selling our own farm produced beef and pork as well as grocery essentials and maps to buy or borrow. 
Families return to Lower Campscott year after year to experience the warm welcome and relaxing lifestyle offered by our wonderful farm overlooking the sea, we love it and are sure you will too.

Lower Campscott Farm

Lee meadow campsite is set in 27 acres, with extensive woodland to one side and rolling hills to the others.
Fine views can be enjoyed of the Bristol Channel out towards Wales.

We are only 1 ½ mile from the golden sands of the blue flag beach at Woolacombe, recognised for its cleanliness, water quality and facilities in the Seaside Beach Awards.

Within a 10 minute drive, you have Croyde, Puttsborough, Saunton Sands and Braunton Burrows, which is one of the largest sand dune systems in the UK and is considered so important that it has been declared Britains first UNESCO Biosphere Reserve providing habitats for over 400 species of wildflowers.

We are a non-commercial site and welcome all tents, caravans and motorhomes.
Electrical hookups are available on request but suggest you book early, as these are very popular.
All of our pitches are very large so everyone has room to relax and enjoy the location.
We have toilets with free hot showers and washing up facilities.
There are local shops within a mile for your day to day needs and Tesco is located in nearby Ilfracombe for the big shop.
We have 2 pubs within walking distance that are favourites with the locals that sell fine ales, cider and good food.
We are a family-friendly site with alpacas, chickens, sheep, and horses for everyone to see.
