Caolasnacon Caravan & Camping Park is nestled in an idyllic setting just outside Kinlochleven and a few miles from magnificent Glencoe, on the south shore of Loch Leven in the beautiful Scottish Highlands.
The Caravan Park is surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery, some of the best in Scotland and the UK. We pride ourselves in welcoming families as Caolasnacon is an ideal base for visiting tourist attractions in the Scottish Highlands.
Loch Leven lends itself superbly to boating, fishing and water-sports. The shingle beach makes launching your own boat a simple task. The loch stretches from Kinlochleven to Glencoe with mountains of grandeur on both sides, at times reflecting on a sea of glass. Permit-free fishing can be enjoyed from Caolasnacon and the shores of Loch Leven.
For those who would rather keep their feet on the ground, Caolasnacon is a superb centre for climbing or hill-walking. Wildlife abounds in the vicinity and the owners are particularly proud of the resident Golden Eagles.
We allow campfires on the shore and now have wifi available on our site.

Large Pitch Restrictions
There is no need to book for our touring side as we don't divide our site into individual pitches, therefore there are no size restrictions. You just need to turn up, book in and choose your own spot. We charge £5 extra for full caravan awnings but not for additional small shelters.Campfire Details
Campfires are permitted on the shore. We are more than happy to allow campfires as long as they are not on the grass and any litter is tidied away.Shower Details
Showers are hot and free.Electric Hook-ups
We have 30 electric hook-ups dotted around the site and they are operated on a 'first come first served' basis, so the earlier in the day you arrive the more choice you have. Hook-ups are 16 Amps.Facilities
We are open April-October inclusive (or Easter, if earlier). Our nightly charges are £10 for a small tent, £19 for a large tent, £16 for a motorhome and £19 for a caravan. If you stay 6 nights you get the 7th night free. We have 6-berth static caravans available from £55 per night.
