The Brontë sisters grew up in Haworth, and their home is now a museum.

We received a discount entry to the Brontë Parsonage Museum in Howarth after purchasing our ticket for the KWVR railway.
Of course, the Brontë family is famous for their stories: Jane Eyre, Wuthering Heights, and The Tenant of Wildfell Hall.
Now a full admission here, these are not stories we are particularly in to, nor do we have any specific desire to find out more about the Brontë sisters. But with our discounted ticket, and the fact these are a big part of the history of Haworth where we were staying, we went along to have a look.
Is the Bronte Parsonage Museum for Children
This museum focuses on the lives of the sisters and their writing. It’s not a museum that will grab the attention of many kids.
However, our daughters did find it interesting looking at some of the things in the museum, such as the tiny books they used to write.
We did also find we had something in common with the Bronte sisters: we love the hills and moorland that starts behind their home.
Note that there are no toilets in this museum.
Here’s where you can find The Brontë Parsonage Museum.
