Go Ape at Crathes Castle, just outside Aberdeen, has an ‘epic skateboard zip wire’, where you stand on a skateboard as you slide down the zip wire.

In fact, the longest zip wire is 125 metres, and the course has jump-off Tarzan Swings.

Once finished you can enjoy the grounds of the 16th Century Crathes Castle (which has a children’s play park).

For five hundred years, Spynie Palace was a bishops palace. 
It contains St David's tower, the largest surviving tower house to survive in Scotland.
And although this was meant to be a palace for bishops, it has gun holes. These bishops were ready for a fight!

There are a few spooky stories with this castle too. Take a photo in the tower and see if you can see a phantom skull that appears in people's pictures.
