Hanbury Hall and Gardens
We popped along to Hanbury Hall in Worcestershire for some fun and games, a walk, history, and the tea room!
Our Review
We were in Worcestershire, so we decided to pop along to Hanbury Hall and Gardens for a visit.
We've got a National Trust Family Membership card, which gives us a variety of places to get the kids out to.
Hanbury Hall
We were quite impressed with the amount of space there was at Hanbury Hall.
Lots of places for the kids to let off steam.
The flat grassy area by the Orangery was particularly good for playing games and having picnics.
There was also a walk we went on through the Hall's farmland and up to a local church on a hill.
Don't Forget the Tea Room
We can't always afford to take the family to the tea room but when we do it's always a nice treat.
The Tea Room at Hanbury Hall was no exception. It was nice to sit outside in the sunshine too. 🙂
Back in Time
If you want to take your kids inside the house then you'll find that good too, with plenty for them to see. There'll probably be a trail to complete when you visit. Don't forget to ask as you enter the house.
See if your kids know what the old camera and gramophone are. They may not recognise them at all.
