Thinking ahead to 2021

December 28, 2020

Well, if 2020 is anything to go by, making plans for 2021 feels a little pointless.
However, looking on the positive side, with vaccines becoming available and measures in place to control things, let’s hope we can resume our family adventures this coming year.

As usual, there are heaps of new tents and camping gear coming up. We’ll be featuring some of the new items soon. If travelling abroad is still restricted, we might also see stocks running out fast again, as more people decide to holiday in the UK again for 2021.

Like everyone else, we scrapped many of our 2020 plans, but we still managed to get out and try new things.

For 2021, we’ve not made any definite plans, though we’re still considering selling our caravan and getting a campervan, as this would now better fit our family and what we’re doing.

In addition to family activities, I suspect Shell will run more races, and the thought of doing some adventure races is tempting me. Our lad and I are also doing more mountain biking, and I bought myself a cracking new bike for Christmas 🙂

So, whatever 2021 brings us all, let’s keep our fingers crossed, and hope for a better new year.
