We got to see some new baby lemurs when we visited the West Midlands Safari Park this weekend.

Baby Lemur gets a ride with Mum
We've just returned from a fab day out at the West Midlands Safari Park.

It's been a while since we've visited and noticed a couple of changes. There were also some small additions: baby ring-tailed lemurs that were born just days before we visited.

Cling to Mum

The baby lemurs were really tiny and just wanted to cling to their mother.
Lots of babysitters for baby lemurs!
It was also interesting to see how communal the lemurs were, with other lemurs only too keen to groom the new babies.

At one point, one of the mums moved to a sunny position to sunbathe whilst another one of the troop washed her baby.
Sunbathers
Watching the lemurs sunbathe was quite comical.

And when the sun disappeared, the lemurs huddled together to keep themselves warm.
