Church Bay, Anglesey

Church Bay was a wonderful beach we discovered in Anglesey.

We visited one sunny Easter, and had a day out at the beach much earlier in the year than we had been expecting.Get Out With The Kids - Reviewed

Tucked away on the north west side of Anglesey, there is a car park and WC available, as well as a local restaurant and pub (where ice creams are available).

The beach itself had a great expanse of sand and was very sheltered when we visited.

Finding Church Bay

It is tucked away down some small country lanes.  If you can’t find it in your sat nav try putting in the post code LL65 4ET.  When ‘you have reached your destination’ carry on down the road towards the beach and the car park will be on your left.

Put the map below into Satellite mode for a better view.

  1. I visited Anglesey many times as a child and have very fond memories of the place. This beach is lovely, I can attest, and the shelter does make a difference! My children are still very young but I’m looking forward to arranging a holiday up there in the next couple of years.
