Reviews

Average customer rating for Château de Lez-Eaux campsite 4.25 out of 5
Get Out With The Kids rating of 4 out of 5

The customer rating is based on a 8.9/10 score from Eurocamp customers and a score of 4/5 over on Trip Advisor with most people rating Chateau de Lez-Eaux as “Excellent” or “Very Good”.

“Relaxing Stay – Good family site”, JDsale, Trip Advisor reviewer

It did receive two “terrible” reviews (out of 37) that stated activities closed at 9pm and so teenagers were bored, WiFi was poor, and that the deep part of the pool was right by the entrance, so those with smaller kids that can’t swim please beware.  There was also a poor review (in 2010) of the Keycamp accommodation.

The ‘By The Beach’ claim of many brochures is not valid either.  As we stated earlier you really need a car to get there as it is 4km away, so we therefore won’t list Chateau de Lez-Eaux as by the beach – it’s not what we would call by the beach (especially after the excellent beach-side Eurocamp place we stayed at previously.  See Camping Abroad  With Kids the Easy Way.)

On the whole though, the reviews are mainly very positive.  Although we’ve not stayed there (yet), it is on our short list and so we’re happy to give it a reasonably high rating.
